The start of vacation

While hubby was away we planned and saved for a big vacation. We wanted to do more than just a weekend away. 

So we planned a beach trip with my parents to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Babygirl and I went with them two years ago while hubby was at Army training and we had a blast. I was so excited at the thought of us being at the beach together as our little family of four. 

But that wasn't enough! No, We couldn't head south without stopping in Tennessee! Our favorite trip to make. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We decided to head there first, just us. Then at the end of the week we would meet my parents at the beach. 

So here I am currently. In the amazing room at our favorite hotel in the Smokies. We drove through the night to get here.

Waterpark Fun

This is an oldie but I wanted to make sure I put these pictures out where Babygirl is able to look back on them.

In January my parents and I went down to Tennessee for a few days. It was a nice getaway after the holidays, having a baby and my mother's surgery.

We stayed in a resort and Babygirl had an awesome time playing in the waterpark!

Tennessee Vacation

We hit the road down south a few weeks ago.

We made our way to Nashville and Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Just me, hubby, babygirl, and my parents.

Who wouldn't want to wake up to those mountain views every day?
