We started our Advent calendar on December 1.
The first day wasn't anything too grand. Babygirl was sick and so I basically handed her a piece of chocolate which she drooled everywhere because she was so stuffed up and couldn't breathe. I disregarded the drool and pretended that I didn't care it was on her pjs while we read some Santa board books. I am going to hit up the library to expand our Christmas books for the next few weeks. I'm just nervous that she will get her hands on them and I will end up owing the library some money!
Here is the wild woman after eating some chocolate. She decided to diva it up and prance around the house in her sunglasses. It was almost 10pm but that didn't stop my little fashionista.
Like I said last week, I lost all of my pictures from Thanksgiving. This means I lost all of the pictures that I took while decorating the tree. I got some thing on video but my video camera is wonky and won't let me put any of the dvds onto the computer..
Apparently I am technologically challenged lately.
But here is a shot of our tree.
It is what we call a Family Tree.
We call it this because it is a collection of mishmash ornaments we have collected over the years. Some are from my childhood and others we got after getting married. Some new ones added belong to babygirl. I think she has about 4 of them from last year that are Baby's 1st Christmas.
I will post more on my tree later this week.
