Friday Flashback

It's been a while since I've posted a Flashback.

I guess I sorta fell out of the groove.

I've heard from a few people that they enjoyed these posts.

Today's flashback is mostly in memories.

I have been searching everywhere for the best deal for babygirl's Christmas present.

As her big gift this year, I would like to get her a kitchen for the play room.

I started looking on ebay for new ones and came across this

1986 is considered vintage?

This really doesn't seem possible!

I used to adore this kitchen set!

I actually had to text my mom and brother because I couldn't remember if it was at our house or in the nursery at the church.

I do remember that it was one of my favorite things to play with though!

It's funny that this one is in much better condition that the one I played with.

One year ago on August 14, I had my baby shower. I was 33 weeks pregnant.



We were so very blessed at our shower.
There were over 50 people who attended!

Another Flashback Friday. These are quickly becoming my favorite posts.

This was October 2008. I had just found out I was pregnant a few days before. We went on a spontaneous road trip to a big city about 2 hours away from where we live.

We love driving 40 minutes just to go to

Waffle House. YUM! My favorite

Yes I do live in the same state as Gary Shirley from TeenMom.

And heck yes I wanted a picture with him!!

There were a few different cameras going.

Overall, it was a really fun day and who doesn't love an excuse to go to WaffleHouse?

Flashback Friday

I have decided to do a fun post every week. I have waaay too many pictures stored on my sad little laptop. It is always fun to look back through the many random photo albums and remember the memories. A picture truly is worth a thousand words. I can look at just one picture and remember a million details, conversations and memories made.

Fridays on my blog will now be known as Flashback Friday, in which I will post a picture or even 30 pictures of a memory that I have and want to talk about, rather than just let the photos sit in albums only to be forgotten about.

I will start this off with a silly memory from Target. Who goes into Target and manages to NOT wander the aisles and lose track of time? If you can successfully have an in-and-out Target trip, I applaud you. =)
